Privacy Policy

SiteMetriq is a commercial location intelligence tool for Singapore businesses. You describe a business concept, provide an address, and SiteMetriq generates a report using government datasets - URA rental data, LTA transit data, SingStat census data, HDB dwelling data, and OneMap geocoding.

SiteMetriq is operated as an independent platform. It is not affiliated with any Singapore government agency.

When you use the free map - no personal information is collected. The map loads directly from public data. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels on the map page.

When you request a report (SGD 59) - we collect:

• Your email address - to deliver the report and for payment confirmation
• The address you are evaluating
• Business information you provide: concept description, category, trading hours, ticket size, quoted rent, unit size
• Payment information - handled entirely by Stripe. SiteMetriq never sees or stores your card details.

When you join the Pro waitlist - we collect your email address only.

Server logs - standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) are retained for 30 days for security and debugging purposes.

The business information you submit is used to:

• Generate your report - this is the sole purpose of collecting it
• Improve the scoring engine - we may analyse patterns across anonymised, aggregated submissions to calibrate future model versions. No individual report is shared.
• Send you the report by email

Your email is used to deliver the report and, if you opt in, to notify you about Pro access. It is not added to a marketing list without explicit consent.

• We do not sell your information to any third party
• We do not share individual report data with landlords, property agents, or any commercial entity
• We do not use your business concept to train external AI models
• We do not serve advertising, and no advertiser has access to your data
• We do not retain card payment details - Stripe handles all payment processing

Report data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the Singapore region). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Email delivery is handled by Resend. Each of these providers operates under their own privacy and security certifications.

We do not transfer personal data outside of Singapore except where required by these infrastructure providers for operational purposes (e.g. Stripe's fraud detection systems).

• Report data (address, business details, generated report): retained for 24 months, then deleted
• Email address: retained until you request deletion, or 36 months of inactivity
• Payment records: retained as required by Stripe and applicable tax law (typically 7 years)
• Server logs: 30 days

You may request:

• A copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements for payment records)
• Correction of inaccurate personal data

The free map and landing page do not use tracking cookies. The report checkout flow uses a session cookie from Stripe for payment security. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are set.

If we make material changes to how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If you have an active account or have purchased a report in the past 12 months, we will also notify you by email.
